Receipt of material
The entry of material into the treatment pit is the first stage of the operational process, where the raw material or waste is received and deposited for subsequent handling. At this stage, safe, orderly unloading in accordance with established procedures is guaranteed, ensuring the traceability of the material and the necessary conditions for its correct treatment.
Our system manages truck access using different technologies according to the needs of each facility, thereby guaranteeing an orderly, safe and fully controlled flow of traffic in unloading areas.
Thanks to our management system, the material reception process is now fully automated and monitored.
- The Vi4Crane system will assign each lorry its entry gate.
- Once the system detects the lorry approaching, it will create a safe zone which the crane cannot enter and will correct its trajectory so that the manipulator does not collide with the lorry being unloaded.
- Information on the status of the access point will be available at all times:
- Traffic light status.
- Access status, whether enabled or not.
- Gate status, open or closed.
- Presence of lorry.
- Etc.
