Receipt of material
Material reception can be managed by controlling light beacons, barriers or automatic gates.
Sensors are installed to detect approach, pit invasion and truck unloading.
The system is interlinked with the other modules to ensure proper management of the material by means of permits at the material unloading gates, not allowing cranes to invade occupied areas.
Also, by relying on other Vi4crane modules, the system is able to manage and organise the reception of material in the pit.
Optimising the flow of permits to trucks to entry areas:
Selecting the best gate for the unloading of the next truck, in order to optimise the process.
Ensuring that gates with high levels of material are not opened to avoid overflow.
Management by orange peel grabs or clamshell grabs of the highest areas, in order to have the largest number of gates available.
