The system allows the sending of notifications by different levels to keep the personnel in charge informed at all times. The continuous collection of data also provides a source of information to identify possible projects for improvement and optimisation of the process.
In addition, you can store all the data in a database with a persistence of one month (configurable depending on the needs of each client) and generate the reports that best suit each case.
