Material evacuation
In many of the plants of this type of process, the evacuation of the material is critical, as it can be a constant source of problems. A continuous problem of blockages and bad behaviour of the material to be evacuated can lead to significant unavailability or non-productivity and make it impossible for the system to be completely autonomous.
For this purpose, Vi4Crane has a monitoring system based on artificial vision capable of detecting these incidents and even anticipating them. The module is also capable of communicating with the plant control system. In this way, in addition to recording incidents, the material evacuation module can intervene in the process to adapt speeds or material dosing permissions, adapting the unloading of the grab or bucket to the loading state of the line at any given moment.
