Automation

Automation

We integrate all components into a complete automation system, designed to offer total control of the process from a single point.

Our software allows you to monitor, manage and optimise each element (doors, overhead cranes, manipulators and associated processes), ensuring efficiency, safety and traceability in real time.

When necessary, we can recreate the environment and its operating parameters in our digital twin in order to “train” our system and reach the plant commissioning phase with the most appropriate configuration.

We automate the entire material reception process from the point of entry to the plant. Our system manages truck access using different technologies according to the needs of each facility.

This ensures an orderly, safe and fully controlled flow of traffic in unloading areas.

The image shows how our system detects the approach of an object at 65%, while when the lorry arrives completely, the system detects its presence at 99%.

Our unique sensor technology allows for precise monitoring of the material stored in the pits.
We can detect volume, height and other relevant parameters that help adjust the pace of work at the facility.
This continuous monitoring allows us to anticipate critical situations, improve crane operation and optimise internal logistics.

From Auto to Full Auto

We automate cranes and manipulators, achieving precise, safe movements that are fully coordinated with the rest of the process.
Our system decides the appropriate positioning, speed and sequence for each manoeuvre, minimising downtime and avoiding collisions or material overloads, whether in the pit or on the dispatch lines.

There is sometimes a tendency to confuse the fact that the overhead crane has the ability to move autonomously with fully automating the cycle, but this is not the case. Firstly, in almost all cases there are many factors that influence the management of material storage pits, and it is these same factors that (in the best case scenario) are controlled by plant operators.

In other words, if it is not possible to understand, measure, control and manage all the parameters of the operation, it will be difficult to achieve complete automation.

We monitor material evacuation in real time, both on dispatch lines and in hoppers, containers, etc.
Thanks to a unique sensor, the system can detect abnormal situations such as balling or material blockages.
When this occurs, the automation system acts intelligently:
it prevents the crane from continuing to unload at that point and readjusts the operation to maintain a stable and safe flow.
